Rumi Tejpar currently plays for Furious George and the Vancouver Riptide. He went to McGill University, which is where he fell in love with the sport. Rumi has represented Team Canada three times and hopes to do so many more times.
Rumi’s motivation comes from his teammates, his coworkers, and the vision of helping create meaningful and lasting relationships within the community.

Edward Guo started playing Ultimate when he was in grade nine. He has since played for the University of British Colombia, Furious George, Vancouver Riptide, and Team Canada. Edward has a passion for design, communications, and Ultimate.

The thing that puts a smile on Edward’s face, day to day, is when he sees a team working together to achieve something great.

The Sales Team

Antoine Genest joue actuellement pour Mockingbird et pour le Royal de Montréal, l’ultimate est entré dans sa vie à l’école secondaire, c’est là qu’il a appris et commencer à aimer le sport. Il y joue depuis se jour.

Il représentera le Canada à Royan en France lors du prochain championnat du monde de plage et il l’a représenté à deux reprise déjà.

La raison pour laquelle il continu à jouer aujourd’hui est pour amener l’ultimate à un autre niveau. Un niveau où le sport sera reconnu comme un sport complet et divertissant.

Gagan Chatha started playing Ultimate when he was in grade 8.  His first competitive experience in Ultimate was going to Canadian Ultimate Championships with the Vortex junior team.  Since then, he has been hooked.  He’s played for Furious George, Vancouver Nighthawks, Vancouver Riptide and Team Canada on numerous occasions and isn’t backing down anytime soon.

Gagan’s ultimate goal is to see the sport flourish in Vancouver, to make sure everyone get’s the chance to play the sport we’ve fallen in love with.

Jamie Millage has been with the BE Ultimate family since September 2015. Ontario is his home base, where he has played both men’s and mixed ultimate for the past 7 years. Often seen with a clipboard in hand, he is entering his third year as coach of Stud, Durham’s junior boys team.

His career-to-date includes seasons with Ottawa’s Phoenix, Durham Region’s Backdraft, and most recently Toronto’s Grand Trunk.

In the past two years his highlights have included playing at the 2015 Pan Am Ultimate Championships in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, and winning gold at the Canadian Ultimate Championships in 2016.

Before discovering the world of the flying disc, Jamie was a varsity track and field athlete, contributing to two NAIA national xc championships, and earning All-American status as an 800m runner.

He also has an unhealthy appetite for fantasy hockey.

Kevin Chan started playing Ultimate at his high school, Hugh McRoberts Secondary.

He has since played for Blackfish, Mio Grape, and Vancouver Nighthawks. His current goal is to represent Team Canada at Worlds. Kevin strives to be hardworking and determined in everything he encounters.
